At Don Mueang, go up to Level 3 (Departures); the exact door comes in the message the day before, because it depends on the terminal. Give your flight number: a person checks it, and the first 60 minutes of waiting are free. A driver holding a name sign at the arrivals exit is +฿100, on request.
